Planning & Inventory Coordinator
Earthful is an FMCG company focused in the health and wellness space. The founders (Sudha Gogineni and Veda Gogineni) are graduates from IIT Kharagpur and ISB with a multitude of experience across multinational companies & startups, such as Uber, Meesho, Deutsche Bank, ITC. Location: Full-time position, based out of Hyderabad
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations.
Forecast demand and plan inventory needs for raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure continuous supply and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Monitor inventory turnover rates and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions.
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and inventory planning, ideally within a nutraceuticals or FMCG environment.
Strong understanding of inventory management systems (ERP systems) and warehouse management software.
Experience with forecasting, demand planning, and stock optimization techniques.
Ability to lead and manage warehouse teams effectively.
