Salesforce Lead - Fully Remote
Job Title: Lead Generation Executive Experience: 2 to 4+ Years

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive with 2 to 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, and using various prospecting tools. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with outreach, qualifying leads, and using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo , and CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce . Experience with job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, and TimesJobs is a strong advantage.
Identify, research, and generate new business leads through online tools and platforms
Use platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo.Manage and update lead information in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
Conduct cold calling and email outreach to engage potential clients or candidates
Work closely with the sales/recruitment team to align lead generation efforts with business goals
Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
Maintain detailed reports on lead generation activity and conversion
2 to 4+ years of proven experience in lead generation, cold calling , and prospecting
- Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo etc.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, TimesJobs) for sourcing or lead research
- Experience in IT, SaaS, or recruitment domains
Basic understanding of lead nurturing and sales funnel management
