Job Title: Freelance HR Recruiter (Work From Home)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Freelance HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment from blue collar to mid-level roles across our growing businesses. This is a work-from-home role requiring strong ownership, coordination, and structured hiring support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for across departments
Screen profiles, conduct initial candidate calls, and shortlist as per requirements
Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with internal teams
Maintain recruitment trackers and share regular hiring updates
Coordinate offer-related documentation and joining formalities support
Key Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment
Well versed with leading recruitment platforms
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Well-versed with remote hiring and interview scheduling processes
Compensation - On successful hiring of each candidate.
