Customer Service & Experience Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Roles and Responsibility
Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Provide excellent customer service through various channels.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
