About the job
As a Telecaller at Synergy Classes, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their academic goals. We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent English proficiency (spoken) and proficiency in MS-Excel to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential students to provide information about our classes and services.
- Follow up with leads through phone and email to schedule appointments and consultations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information and interactions in MS Excel.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and workshops.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for student enrollment and conversion rates.
