Bar Team Members & Team Leaders
We're looking for a Bar Lead to help shape an upcoming bar that takes its craft seriously while offering an atmosphere built around comfort, calm, and thoughtful hospitality. This is a leadership role for someone who values precision behind the bar and both craft-forward & guest-forward service.
Your Role at the Bar
- Uphold quality across cocktails, prep, and mise-en-place with consistency and attention to detail.
- Support training and development of the bar team, sharing knowledge and nurturing a culture of learning.
- Be a welcoming host behind the bar, creating genuine, personalised guest interactions.
4–5 years of bartending experience; previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cocktail technique, service flow, and bar operations.
- Ability to balance high standards with a warm, grounded approach to hospitality + team building.
