Director, Marketing Planning & Analysis

As a Strategic Marketing Manager at Pall Corporation, you will play a crucial role in shaping Pall MicroE's strategic direction, providing valuable insight, analytics, and frameworks for confident decision-making. Your leadership in planning, pricing, competitive analysis, and market communication will directly impact revenue growth, margin improvement, and the alignment of global teams towards shared commercial and strategic goals.
Build fact-based strategic insights by synthesizing customer research, market intelligence, and internal data.
Generate fresh insights and concepts to develop innovative and effective marketing and business solutions.
Drive the BU Business Plan process by presenting evidence and coordinating across various teams.
Translate Marketing targets into clear team and individual objectives.
Lead the operational planning framework to ensure all Marketing functions deliver plans aligned with strategic and commercial goals.
Analyze internal data, build dashboards, and provide insights to support profitable growth.
Manage competitive analysis, market opportunity profiling, pricing strategy, STRAT support, MA insights, and MicroE marketing communications.
Bachelor's degree (preferably technical/engineering); a Master's in Business is an advantage, with 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or MicroE markets.
Strong analytical ability to interpret sales and marketing metrics, forecast trends, and drive continuous process improvement.
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, social media platforms, and familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
Effective cross-functional leader with strong influencing skills, able to synthesize insights and drive initiatives that strengthen PL performance.
Adaptable, results-driven, and willing to travel up to 30%, including internationally.
