The perfect candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a comprehensive knowledge of market and consumer trends, and a demonstrated success in sales within the retail sector, particularly in the jewelry industry.
Requirements
Retail Operations Management: Oversee the efficient functioning of the store and uphold visual merchandising standards.
Sales Performance: Formulate and execute sales strategies, monitor sales metrics, and assess performance to achieve objectives.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, collaborate with the order and repair teams, and deliver outstanding service.
Promotions and Offers: Roll out new promotions and obtain necessary approvals for additional discounts.
Team Management: Inspire and direct store personnel, conduct recruitment interviews, and offer performance evaluations.
Desired Skills
At least 4-5 years of experience in retail sales management, ideally in the jewelry sector.
Thorough understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in the jewelry industry.
