Client Acquisition Manager

Ensure consistent revenue generation through new client acquisitions, upselling, and renewals.
Lead Generation and Business Development
Deliver annual revenue exceeding 100K quarterly through consistent client acquisition, upselling, and partnership conversions.
Identify, target, and convert high-potential clients through strategic outreach and relationship building.
Follow-up and Relationship Management
Nurture long-term relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
Customize and enhance resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for candidates.
Stay informed on UK and global recruitment trends to guide candidates effectively.
Partner with recruitment agencies and consultancies to build B2B collaborations that drive shared growth and new revenue streams.
Performance Reporting and Pipeline Management
Track client interactions, employer responses, and sales metrics using CRM and Trello dashboards.
Collaborate with Recruitment, Outreach, and Career Coaching teams to align sales goals with service delivery.
Build and strengthen partnerships with employers, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Expand job opportunities for candidates and attract B2B partnerships contributing to revenue.
Participate in strategy meetings to refine sales and outreach processes.
Days: Monday to Saturday
Hours: 10 hours per day (flexibility required based on client calls and demo schedules)

If the employee voluntarily terminates the contract or resigns without just cause before completing the one-year term, the company reserves the right to recover reasonable costs incurred in recruitment, training, and onboarding, up to the salary paid to the employee. Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment partnerships within a service-based or SaaS environment.
Strong LinkedIn, CRM, and business networking abilities with a focus on revenue growth through partnerships.
Ability to thrive in a target-based, fast-paced, and performance-oriented environment.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Flexibility and a can-do attitude to support various areas of business growth
Ability to work on Saturdays as part of the standard working schedule
Strong understanding of Trello or similar task management tools
Leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative, contribute ideas, and lead small teams or projects as the business evolves
