We're looking for a high-performing, hands-on Tech Lead who combines deep technical expertise with strong execution ownership. The ideal candidate will lead MAVIP Group's technology charter—driving architecture, development, and deployment of platforms that power internal operations and client-facing solutions.
Own architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability across systems.
· Act as the final technical authority on solution design, integrations, and deployment decisions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and version control best practices.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies including AI, ML, data platforms, and cloud-native architectures.
- Provide technical guidance, reviews, and performance feedback to build a high-performing engineering culture.
- Collaborate closely with creative, research, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10+ years of experience in software development with leadership or ownership responsibility.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong full-stack development experience using modern frameworks (Node.js, React, Python, Django, Laravel, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data-driven platforms.
- Exposure to AI/ML implementations and emerging technologies is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
