Administration Assistant - Personal Secretary

Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder & Schedule Management
Manage and maintain stakeholders' demanding schedules with proactivity and discretion.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide backup support to other administrative staff as required.
Administrative Support
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Prepare correspondence, letters, and other documentation.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense management, and office administration.
Support secretarial tasks and ad hoc requests as needed.
Collaboration & Communication
Work as part of a global AA/EA team.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain professionalism and accuracy in written and verbal communication.
