Sales Engineer – Pneumatics
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and promoting pneumatic products and solutions such as cylinders, valves, FRL units, and automation components. The role requires strong technical understanding combined with field sales capability.

Sales & Business Development
- Identify new customers in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, packaging, pharma, etc.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support dealer/distributor network in assigned territory.
Technical Sales Support
- Assist in selection of cylinders, valves, FRL units, fittings, tubings etc. ● Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure repeat orders and long-term engagement.
- Work closely with the Backend team.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
- Update CRM or sales tracking system regularly.
- FRL Units (Filter, Regulator, Lubricator)
● Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Industrial Engineering
Experience Required
● 1–5 years in industrial sales / pneumatic / automation / engineering products ● Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also be considered
Sales Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi + English + native preferred) ● Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel extensively
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly sales achievement
- Timely collection and payment follow-ups
- Field sales role with 80–90% travel
- Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head ● Coordinates with: Service Team, Inside Sales, & backend team
