Job Title: QHSE & Compliance Manager
Experience: 7–12 years in QHSE roles within civil engineering, testing, or infrastructure sectors8
To establish, maintain, and continually improve the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental systems of the organization. This role ensures alignment with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and NABL requirements for lab operations, thereby securing operational excellence, audit readiness, and a culture of compliance and safety.
Quality Management (ISO 9001)
- Implement and maintain QMS documentation, SOPs, and quality control workflows
- Health & Safety Oversight (ISO 45001)
- Conduct safety risk assessments, incident investigations, and lead awareness training
- Develop emergency preparedness plans and enforce PPE and safety protocols
- Oversee technical documentation and lab compliance procedures
- Monitor calibration, test validation, uncertainty budgets, and PT/ILC performance
- Conduct QHSE onboarding and refresher training for staff
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain dashboards and KPIs across quality, safety, and lab performance
- Present QHSE performance in monthly/quarterly reviews
