Experience: 3 to 5 years in core HR (recruitment + operations + payroll)
Salary:25,000/- to 35,000/- per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST )
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Setup & Strategy
Establish and streamline HR processes, policies, and workflows
Develop and maintain employee handbook aligned with labor laws
Act as an HR advisor to leadership on people strategy and organizational planning
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to offer rollout)
Create and update Job Descriptions and organizational structure
Handle onboarding and induction for new hires
3. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records (digital & physical)
Handle HR documentation: offer letters, contracts, appraisals, etc.
Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and logistics
Prepare HR reports for management
4. Payroll, Attendance & Compliance
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accuracy
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and policy adherence
Ensure compliance with labor laws and audit requirements
Maintain documentation standards for international projects
5. Performance & Employee Relations
Manage probation evaluations and performance processes
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Drive employee engagement initiatives
Manage exit formalities including Full & Final settlements
6. Global Coordination
Liaise with teams in Dubai (KLM Middle East) and USA (KL Whyte)
Ensure HR alignment across international operations
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in core HR (recruitment + operations + payroll)
- Ability to independently manage the entire HR function
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
- Experience in audit/compliance-heavy environments (Federal contracting exposure is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
