Experience :
~24 years in Salesforce QA/Manual Testing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Salesforce Sales Cloud applications ensuring alignment with functional requirements and business workflows.
Design develop and execute manual test cases and scripts .
Identify analyze and troubleshoot defects working closely with developers and business analysts.
Create and maintain test documentation including test plans reports and defect logs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and ensure end-to-end testing coverage.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Salesforce Knowledge: Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts standard/custom objects data models and Sales Cloud workflows.
Manual Testing Expertise: Strong background in manual testing with experience in designing executing and maintaining test cases.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
Agile/Scrum: Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
