Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Understand job requirements from department heads and prepare job postings.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate further rounds.
Interview Coordination

Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure proper communication with candidates regarding interview details and follow-ups.
Maintain interview feedback and update recruitment status regularly.
Offer & Joining

Prepare offer letters and negotiate salary packages as per company norms.
Ensure joining formalities and coordinate with HR operations for onboarding.
Follow up with candidates until successful joining.
Database & Reporting

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
Ensure proper documentation of recruitment records.
Employer Branding & Engagement

Promote company hiring requirements through social media and professional platforms.
Assist in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and walk-in interviews.
Compliance & Process Improvement

Ensure recruitment processes follow company policies and labor compliance requirements.
Suggest improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
