Fullstack Developer (Python&JS)

Description : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Python and the Flask framework, ensuring clean architecture and modular code structure.- Build, enhance, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices, enabling seamless communication between distributed systems and third-party services.- Write optimized and efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and database functions for Oracle and PostgreSQL, ensuring high performance, data integrity, and scalability.- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to design and implement seamless, user-friendly UI/UX workflows, ensuring smooth integration between backend services and client-side applications.- Ensure application scalability, reliability, performance, and security by implementing best practices such as caching strategies, authentication/authorization mechanisms, and performance tuning.- Participate actively in code reviews, contributing to continuous improvement by enforcing coding standards, identifying refactoring opportunities, and ensuring maintainable code.- Perform testing and debugging, including unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting production issues to ensure application stability and quality.- Deploy and manage applications across cloud and on-premise environments, supporting CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.- Work collaboratively with Product Managers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions aligned with business requirements.- Monitor application health using logging and monitoring tools, proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and system issues.- Contribute to architectural decisions and help drive the adoption of modern backend development practices and tools.Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development.- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with the Flask framework for building web applications and APIs.- Solid understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with modern frameworks such as React or Angular.- Extensive experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.- Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy for efficient database interaction and abstraction.- Strong understanding of REST API design principles and microservices architecture, including service communication and API security.- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git), containerization tools (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment.- Good understanding of software engineering best practices, including Agile/Scrum methodologies, test-driven development (TDD), and code quality standards.- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
