Amazon Business is looking for an experienced ML Data Ops Manager to lead and optimize our machine learning data operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our ML data operations and help us build world-class AI/ML solutions.

Data Operations Management:

Lead ML data workflows and ground truth generation processes

Oversee annotation tasks and data collection procedures

Act as point of contact for ML data process areas

Manage and mentor a team of ML data professionals

Conduct performance evaluations and support career growth

Drive standardization across ML data workflows

Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to quality standards in data collection and annotation

Perform root cause analysis on quality issues

Project Management:

Own small to medium-scale project deliverables

Estimate task completion timelines considering ML data complexities

Provide insights and recommendations to improve ML data quality

ABDAI serves as the central Data Platform and Science team across Amazon Business. We pursue foundational problems in analytics, engineering, data privacy, and sciences, while also using the capabilities we built to deliver value across the analytics spectrum.

Experience leading process improvements

Bachelor Degree or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team, including adherence to core values and dynamic corporate culture
