Programme Manager - Fully Remote

Job Title:Program Manager

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka (primarily remote with occasional visits to our office)

Role Accountabilities And Responsibilities

Build Program Timing & Action.

Monitor & track all key milestones from product development to the factory ship date.

Responsible for communicating with all cross-functional team members and external sales partners.

Review and maintain vendor requirements and customer manuals.

Facilitate weekly meetings to review programs with all cross-functional team members.

Review and sign customer POs and sales confirmations as required.

Assist when needed in resolving customer sales order discrepancies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure goods are produced and shipped according to each vendor's guidelines.

Proactively work with cross-functional partners to resolve any quality, production, or shipping issues to maintain delivery.

Requirements

  • 3 + years Production or Merchandising project management experience required.
  • Ability to use ERP systems as well as Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
  • Efficient and organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Professional approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • MUST be willing and able to work Monday-Friday 2pm-11pm
