About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support our business development and outreach efforts. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with a few years of experience who are proactive, curious, and comfortable working with social media platforms—especially LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities Conduct online research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends
Build and maintain a strong database of contacts and companies
Assist in LinkedIn outreach and social media engagement
Draft and refine professional messages, emails, and communication content
Support the team with market insights and competitor analysis
Organize and present research findings in a structured manner
Requirements Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Good research, analytical, and organizational abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini, including the ability to write effective prompts for research and content drafting
Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Interest in media, entertainment, or VFX industry
Experience in lead generation or online research
