We are looking for an experienced CDP / Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, especially focusing on Chinese and multi-cuisine offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and ensuring high-quality culinary standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the kitchen team and supervise all cooking activities.
Plan, design, and develop menus with a focus on Chinese and multi-cuisine dishes.
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and helpers.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Monitor inventory, procure ingredients, and manage kitchen costs efficiently.
Innovate and introduce new recipes or seasonal specials to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen operations and food delivery standards.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Proven experience as a CDP / Head Chef in reputed hotels or restaurants.
Expertise in Chinese cuisine, with knowledge of other cuisines being a plus.
Strong leadership, team management, and training skills.
Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
