Architecture Skills (Application & System Design):Must Have:Proven experience in designing scalable, multi-user server-side architectures.Experience integrating caching mechanisms (e.g., in-memory, distributed) for performance.Understanding of application lifecycle, deployment pipelines, and DevOps principles.Ability to create and interpret technical architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and component communication patterns.Familiarity with domain-driven design, clean architecture, or microservices-based design is a strong plus.Backend Development Skills:Must Have:Hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, Web API, and Entity Framework.Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs with secure, scalable interfaces.Familiarity with database design and optimization (PostgreSQL and SQL Server preferred).Strong command of object-oriented programmingClean Architecture experienceGood to Have:Test-driven development (TDD).Proficient with data formats and serialization (e.g., XML, JSON).Azure or AWS cloud deploymentsMicroservices design experienceFrontend Development Skills (Angular):Must Have:Minimum 2 years of Angular experience, including version 17+.Familiar with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance best practices.Solid understanding of Angular standalone components, lazy loading, and modules.Good to Have:Automatic unit and system testing with AngularExperience with Angular SignalsServer Side Rendering in Angular + DeploymentSoft Skills & Work Ethic:Must Have:Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Strong communication skills and commitment to quality and deadlines.
