The role of Dark Store Manager at Reliance Retail involves overseeing the operations of our dark store in Lucknow. As a full-time senior position, this role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of four years of experience. The Dark Store Manager will ensure optimal store performance, leveraging expertise in quick commerce, last mile delivery, and supply chain management to fulfill customer needs efficiently and effectively.

Proven experience of at least four years in managing retail operations, specifically dark store or warehouse management.

Strong understanding of supply chain management and inventory control principles.

Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and digital inventory management systems.

Demonstrated ability in leading and motivating a diverse team towards achieving performance targets.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in planning and executing efficient store operations.
