Customer Relations Manager - Care
The Happy Slate
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Manager with 1-3 years of experience in the creative space to join our team at The Happy Slate animation studio . This role will focus on client research, pitching projects to clients, managing client deliveries and communications and outreach to new clients.
About us: The Happy Slate is a young Indian animation film studio that produces original animated content for some of the coolest brands around the world .
Researching client businesses and pitching projects ongoingly
Generating new clients through ongoing outreach and networking
Understanding client requirements and creating clear projects briefs for the production team.
Managing constant communications with team and client for timely and high quality project deliveries
1-3 years of proven client services experience in media or creative industries.
- Demonstrated success in pitching to clients and winning projects .
- Demonstrated success in managing projects and client deliveries
- In-depth knowledge of the animation and ad industry
- Location: Remote
