Inside Sales Representative - English speaking

Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in engaging prospective students and professionals, explaining our offerings, and converting leads into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
- Qualify leads by understanding their interests, goals, and eligibility for international programs
- Pitch relevant services (counseling, application support, country-specific guides, etc.)
- Coordinate with the counseling and operations team for smooth onboarding
- Follow up consistently to achieve sales targets
- Provide feedback on user queries to improve service and outreach
Requirements
- 1–3 years of inside sales or telesales experience (EdTech, immigration, or overseas consulting preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
- Ability to explain services clearly and handle objections
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of overseas education or migration processes
- Languages: English (must), Hindi (preferred), regional languages (a plus)
