Improving Customer Sales satisfaction through implementation of Sales operation Standards Dealer Financial Health Management Improving Dealer business performance through Balanced Score Card. To improve quality of sales and dealer systems processesSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
a) Qualifications
MBA / BE. Preferably both
b) Work Experience
Field sales Or Dealer Sales Process Management
3-6 years of experience
Worked in Zonal/Regional office managing Dealers/Sales Processes
Preferably Automobile
Understanding of Scorecard monitoring, excellence, customer experience, touchpoints, operational excellence, 360 dealer evaluation. Customer delight index, satisfaction index.
