Are you a dynamic Event Management Executive looking to make a difference in the world? Join our team at a leading SOCIAL ENTERPRISES company and be part of creating impactful events that drive positive change! We are seeking a talented individual who is proficient in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-PowerPoint, with excellent spoken and written English skills.
Plan and execute a wide range of events, from small workshops to large conferences, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop event concepts and strategies that align with our mission and values.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to secure necessary resources and support for successful events.
Develop and maintain event documentation, including timelines, checklists, and post-event reports for evaluation and improvement.
Oversee event registration, attendee communications, and on-site event management to provide a seamless and engaging experience for participants.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization through innovative event ideas and strategic partnerships.
