Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO / PPC)

We are seeking a highly driven and performance-focused Digital Marketing professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in executing and scaling digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in paid media, SEO/SEM, and data-driven growth strategies, with the ability to optimize campaigns across multiple digital platforms to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels
Lead and optimize SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing initiatives to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance dashboards
Collaborate closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure aligned and effective campaign execution
Oversee and support content strategy and creation for websites, social media, and digital campaigns
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices
Prepare detailed performance reports, derive actionable insights, and present recommendations to management
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, covering both paid and organic channels
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, PPC, and Email Marketing
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing and automation tools
Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and drive results
