Accounts Assistant / Accounting Assistant

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and assist in monthly closing activities
Support the finance team in audit preparations and other financial activities
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and provide administrative support

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
