Data Entry Accounts Administrator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator with proven hands-on experience in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel . The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial and business data, maintaining records, and supporting the accounts or administrative teams with daily tasks. Precision, speed, and confidentiality are key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and manage day-to-day accounting data into Tally ERP .
Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and records using MS Excel .
Perform basic accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers in Tally.
Prepare financial reports and summaries using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
Maintain digital and physical financial records in an organized manner.
Assist with periodic audits and compliance tasks.
Coordinate with accounts or admin teams for data requirements and clarifications.
Ensure confidentiality and security of financial and company data.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data entry with Tally and MS Excel.
• Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime .
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data validation, etc.).
• Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial terminology.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
