Stores Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate records of inventory receipts dispatches and stock movements in the warehouse management system (WMS)
Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for timely dispatch and delivery of goods
Prepare and verify shipping documents invoices and gate passes
Monitor stock levels and assist in periodic stock audits and cycle counts
Ensure proper labeling storage and handling of materials
Liaise with procurement sales and operations teams for order fulfillment
Maintain cleanliness safety and organization of the warehouse
Generate daily weekly and monthly reports on warehouse activities
Support in resolving discrepancies related to inventory or shipments
Assist in onboarding and training of warehouse staff on administrative procedures
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business Administration or related field
- 24 years of experience in warehouse administration or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in warehousing
