Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - AWS

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (SDE-III) who can own architecture, scalability, and delivery of a high-performance SaaS platform. This role requires hands-on coding expertise , combined with architectural thinking and leadership abilities to build systems that are modular, secure, and future-ready.
Define and implement scalable, modular system architectures (microservices, APIs, and modular frontends).
Drive design decisions around system performance, caching strategies, database optimizations, and distributed workflows .
Establish coding standards, CI/CD practices, and ensure architectural consistency across teams.
Lead delivery from Figma designs production deployment with accountability for timelines, quality, and scalability.
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions , identifying risks early and planning mitigation strategies.
Mentor and guide SDE-I/II engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural walkthroughs.
Champion clean code, testing, documentation, and refactoring efforts .
Introduce best practices in observability, monitoring, logging, and debugging in production environments .
Design systems with horizontal scalability, fault tolerance, and data integrity in mind.
Optimize backend services with async processing, caching (Redis), and real-time features (WebSockets/SignalR) .

React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand)
TypeScript (preferred)
Tailwind CSS / SCSS, with modern UI libraries (MUI, Ant Design, ShadCN)
Advanced state management & performance optimization
Backend:
Node.js + Express.js (Nest.js experience a plus)
MongoDB (Mongoose) and PostgreSQL (Prisma/Sequelize ORM)
Event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ bonus)
DevOps & Tooling:
Docker (containerization, multi-env setup)
Deployment: AWS / DigitalOcean / Render / Vercel
Monitoring: New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana (bonus)
Bonus / Advanced Skills:
- Next.js for SSR/SSG
- Testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Supertest)
- AI & LLM integration (OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, VectorDBs)
Have led small engineering teams or driven delivery of mission-critical systems.
Can balance trade-offs between performance, cost, and maintainability.
