Business Development Executive (Sales)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Plan, coordinate, and optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Manage relationships with vendors, carriers, and suppliers to ensure service quality.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to transportation and logistics.
Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Resolve operational issues, including delays, damages, and discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, production, and sales to align logistics with business needs.
Implement technology solutions to enhance logistics tracking, reporting, and overall performance.
