Corporate Sales Specialist

Research and qualify inbound/outbound leads inside HubSpot CRM and enrich them with firmographic data.
Maintain Excel dashboards (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts) tracking pipeline velocity and campaign KPIs.
Shadow Account Executives on discovery calls and prepare follow-up emails and call notes.
Present weekly insights on lead-conversion metrics to the sales manager. Client Relationship Management (CRM) Digital Marketing Email Marketing English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office
have minimum 1 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in business, marketing, or related field.
Hands-on experience with email-marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, nested formulas, and basic macros.
Comfort using cloud CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
Self-discipline to thrive in an all-remote, outcome-oriented culture.
