Creative Producer, Marketing

About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Lead who can think big, lead confidently, and execute sharply.
This role sits at the heart of Haris&Co's Branding & Creative Department — leading ideas from strategy to storytelling to final execution . You'll guide designers, writers, and creative partners while shaping how brands show up in the real world.

What You'll Do

• Lead and drive the creative direction and brand identity development across multiple client projects
• Manage branding projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and consistency
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into impactful brand experiences
• Oversee and refine brand identities, packaging, digital assets, and marketing collateral
• Align creative output with brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling
• Mentor and collaborate with internal teams while maintaining high creative standards
• Continuously improve processes, introduce fresh ideas, and push creative innovation
• Own the quality, consistency, and impact of all creative output
• Review concepts, layouts, campaigns, and brand systems
• Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
• Ensure timelines, scope and creative standards are met
• Build processes that help the team work better
• Actively design brand identities, key visuals, campaigns, and presentations.
• Set the creative benchmark through your own design work

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in branding, visual identity, and campaigns
• Ability to think conceptually and execute practically
• Excellent sense of design, typography, storytelling, and brand tone
• Comfortable leading teams and taking responsibility for outcomes
• Experience working with clients and handling feedback constructively
• Ability to balance creativity with deadlines and business needs
• Clear communication skills — visually and verbally
• Someone who can say no when needed, and better when required
