Azure data specialist
Mandatory Skills: ● Strong exp in Azure Data & Power BI
● Handling exp in Azure Synapse / Data Factory
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Power BI dashboards at well, pad, and regional levels.
- Establish data models (star schema, incremental refresh) for optimized reporting.
- Integrate Azure SQL datasets with Power BI, ensuring real-time/near-real-time updates.
- Implement AI-driven journal summarization using Azure OpenAI.
- Work with business stakeholders to define KPIs, filters, and drill-down reports.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years in the Azure Data & BI ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and Azure SQL data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse / Data Factory for data ingestion.
- Exposure to AI/ML services in Azure (OpenAI, Cognitive Services).
- Ability to design intuitive, performance-optimized dashboards for large datasets.
