The Industrial Relations (IR) Head acts as a bridge between management and the workforce including employees, supervisors, and third-party employees to ensure stable, fair, and legally compliant labour practices, foster good employee relations, and support smooth plant operations.
Formulate and implement IR & HR policies for the plant
Develop and implement IR and HR policies and procedures in line with the Organization's
strategy and legal requirements.
~ Manage labor relations: act as liaison between management and workers, and between

management and workers representatives.
~ Help management stay updated on labor law amendments, union practices, wage regulations etc., and advise on compliance / policy updates.
