Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple residential projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases with a focus on luxury and super luxury residential developments.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and performance management.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations throughout project lifecycles.
Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.
Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management and resource allocation.
