Job Title: ETL / Data Engineer (FP&A Focus)
Location: Remote | Full-Time
We’re looking for a Data Engineer / ETL Specialist with FP&A experience to design and manage data pipelines that integrate ERP, CRM, and financial systems into FP&A platforms like Vena. You’ll help finance teams get accurate, reliable, and analysis-ready data.
Build and maintain ETL pipelines from ERP, CRM, GL, HR, APIs, and flat files.
- Validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot financial data for accuracy.
- Collaborate with consultants and client stakeholders on implementations.
- Document and standardize ETL processes for repeatable use.
4+ years in ETL / data engineering.
- Strong SQL and relational database skills.
- Experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or Vena Data Modeler).
- Knowledge of FP&A and financial data structures (GL, budgets, forecasts).
- FP&A platform experience (Vena, Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment).
- ERP knowledge (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Deltek, QuickBooks).
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, XML, Excel integrations.
- Work directly with finance and IT teams on impactful FP&A projects.
- Gain exposure to multiple industries and data environments.
