Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective field sales strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
1-6 years of experience in B2C or BFSI sales (credit cards, banking/NBFC loans).
- Strong understanding of channel sales principles and ability to develop effective partnerships with distributors/agents.
- fluency in local language(s) required.
