Assistant Director Project Management

Operations Location : The Deputy Manager / Manager – Projects will act as the single point of contact for clients, driving seamless coordination across design, operations, and vendor ecosystems to ensure on-time, cost-controlled, and quality project delivery across pan-India retail environments. The role demands strong commercial acumen, execution leadership, and end-to-end ownership from project initiation to handover.

Client & Project Management:

• Ensure timely completion of projects in line with committed launch dates.
• Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and quality control across all active sites nationwide.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining accuracy in scope, pricing, and change orders.
• Ensure design-to-project integration for smooth project execution and alignment on technical feasibility.
• Work closely with internal teams (Design, Procurement, Finance, and Operations) to achieve project objectives.
• Drive RFP processes ensuring transparency, competitiveness, and quality vendor selection.
• Prepare and present weekly progress and cost reports to Senior Management and Clients.
• Formulate SOPs aligned with project and organizational standards for consistent delivery.

• Develop and strengthen a network of general contractors, vendors, and dealers across regions.
• Lead vendor negotiations on commercial terms, scope, and delivery timelines.
• Drive vendor development initiatives to build capacity and readiness for future projects.

• Possess working knowledge of fabrication processes and materials—including printing, lighting, paint finishes, wood, metal, and new technology applications.
• Experience: 5–6 years in project management within retail roll-out / advertising / fixture manufacturing industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, fast-paced projects under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
