We're looking for a hands-on Technical Recruiter who loves tech, understands engineers, and enjoys building teams that actually ship things. Own end-to-end hiring for tech roles (engineering, data, cloud, SAP, and niche skills)
Proactively source and engage strong tech talent (not just wait for resumes)
Drive a smooth, high-quality candidate experience from first call to offer
Keep hiring data clean and insights sharp using ATS and dashboards
2–3 years of experience in technical hiring
- Tech background preferred (Engineering / IT / Computer Science or similar exposure)
