We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Tele Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, driving sales conversions, and building strong customer relationships over calls.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Update and maintain records in CRM/tools
Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel Sales Support
have minimum 1 years of experience
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and a regional language preferred.
