About the job
We are expanding our creative team and looking for a storytelling-driven Video Editor who believes editing is more than just cutting footage it is about building emotion, rhythm, structure and impact.
We are looking for editors who think like filmmakers, understand brand communication, and can transform raw footage into compelling narratives across formats.
Role Overview
Edit content across non-fiction, social media reels, stylized edits, advertisements, brand films and AVs
Translate creative briefs into engaging visual stories
Structure narratives with strong pacing, emotional build-up and clarity
Align edits with brand messaging and campaign objectives
Software & Technical Skills (Must Have)
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, layering, compositing)
Adobe Photoshop
CapCut
Basic knowledge of DaVinci Resolve (color correction & grading)
AI Filmmaking Exposure (Preferred)
Google AI Suite
Midjourney
Freepik AI
Higgsfield
Kling
ChatGPT
Ability to integrate AI tools effectively into creative workflows
Creative & Narrative Capabilities
Conceptualise edits from scratch
Compile shoot footage into structured and engaging stories
Strong visualisation and aesthetic judgment (composition, rhythm, mood)
Good design sense and understanding of layouts, typography and visual balance
Suggest creative improvements and elevate concepts
Execute ideas independently with minimal supervision
Quality Control & Workflow Management
Ensure continuity, clean transitions and polished final output
Basic color grading and sound balancing
Maintain organised project files and asset management
Follow structured workflow and version control practices
Communication & Team Collaboration
Fluent in Hindi and English
Comfortable presenting ideas and discussing creative approaches
Works well in collaborative environments
Open to feedback and quick to adapt

Professional and respectful attitude
Strong ownership and deadline discipline
Flexible with working hours when projects demand
Open to continuous learning and new creative challenges
Experience & Qualification
35 years of professional video editing experience
Graduate in any field (filmmaking-related courses preferred)
Awards, recognitions or appreciation letters are a plus Who can apply
