Service Management Coordinator

Description We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in service coordination or a related field, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients
Manage customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions
Assist in the development and implementation of service processes
Prepare reports on service metrics and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a service coordination role or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
