Front Office Assistant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Assistant based in Hubli. The Front Office Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as greeting and assisting visitors, answering and managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette

Knowledge and experience in basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with productivity tools such as word processing, email, and scheduling software
