Job Title: Payroll Executive
Experience Required: 1 year (minimum)
Department: Human Resources
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting for processing monthly payroll, including new joiners, exits, and salary revisions.
Assisting Full & final settlement
Maintain employee records related to attendance, leave, and overtime for payroll input.
Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
Handle payroll-related queries from employees and provide prompt resolutions.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee information.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of payroll processes and understanding of labor laws/statutory compliance.
Proficient in using payroll & attendance software and tools to process payroll efficiently, generate reports, and manage records (e.g., paysquare, Quandle).
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
