Marketing & Communications Manager (Part or Full-Time)

Turner & Townsend Heery is actively seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Portland OR. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for preparing proposals presentations and communication materials for program management services. Coordinates the distribution of internal and external marketing information.
Content Strategy & Development

• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with the India marketing strategy.
• Create high-quality engaging content tailored to the construction industry including:
• Case studies and project profile.
• Email marketing content.
• Award submissions and external communications
• Collaborate with technical experts to translate complex ideas into accessible impactful content.
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify content editorial guidance and support to internal contributors.
• Brand & Messaging
• Ensure all content aligns with Turner & Townsends brand voice and messaging.
• Act as a brand guardian maintaining consistency and quality across all platforms.
• Support Asia-wide and global campaigns with region-specific content.
• Digital & Social Media
• Develop content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to boost engagement and visibility.
• Monitor performance and optimize content based on analytics and feedback.
• Internal Communication
• Contribute to internal newsletters and communications to share regional success stories and insights. Track content performance and engagement metrics.
• Relevant degree in Journalism Communications Media Marketing English or a relevant field.
• 8 years of experience in content creation ideally within construction consultancy architecture or real estate.
• Experience working in fast-paced matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Practical experience of how professional service organizations build brand and win work; and of the marketing approaches that underpin them.

#The salary range for this full-time role is $65k-$100k per year. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
