Business Development - Lead
Agentic Process Automation (APA). We build autonomous digital workers that run critical operations for hospitals, construction firms, and enterprises.
We are looking for a Business Development Lead to own our expansion into the North American & UK markets . This is a strategic role for a high-performance sales professional who wants to move beyond standard 'IT services' selling and represent cutting-edge AI technology.
You will be the tip of the spear for our international growth, responsible for identifying opportunities and driving our sales pipeline.
Identify and map high-value accounts in the Construction, Healthcare, and Logistics sectors across the US and UK.
Pipeline Generation: Execute high-quality outbound campaigns using cold email, LinkedIn, and strategic networking. Market Intelligence: Act as the feedback loop between the market and our product team, helping refine our pitch based on real-world interactions.
The US Market Expert: You have 4-5 years of experience generating business from US/UK clients. Your written English is world-class. Flexible Schedule: You are willing to align your work hours with the US East Coast (e.g., late evening shift) to ensure real-time engagement.
Uncapped Earning Potential: A competitive base salary + an aggressive, uncapped commission structure. Founding Sales Team: This is a career-defining role. As our first dedicated sales hire, you will work directly with the Founder and play a key role in shaping our global sales culture.
