We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is essential for providing outstanding service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Go the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Skills Required
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Customer-oriented and adaptable to different personality types.
Problem-solving skills and a positive, empathetic attitude.
